The CAF development programme finished in 2008 after over 10 years of grounbreaking work with communities across Northern Ireland.

The pioneer programme worked across all artforms, bringing communities together to collectively explore the issues affecting them and their individual creativity.

In 2008 CAF made the strategic decision to focus on developing a research programme to clearly demonstrate the benefits of community arts practice and produce a definitive research document on behalf of the sector.

CAF is currently in the planning stages of developing a long term community arts practice research programme to commence in mid/late 2009.
