The Community Arts Forum organised a seminar exploring the changes in the management of Belfast's St. Patrick's Day parade over the past few years and the result of those changes. Is the parade now an inclusive event which all Belfast citizens can enjoy or a parade which has tried so hard to be all things to all people that it has lost meaning?
