CAF has the only dedicated community arts library in Northern Ireland.

The library currently houses over 600 publications covering a range of topics including: arts funding, project management, organisation reports, arts policy and research, as well as a host of information on community development.

Members of the public can consult the library for reference by appointment. To book a time to view the collection contact codonnell@caf.ie

Search the CAF library database

You can search for publications by entering the title (or part of the title). For example, entering “circu” will return results for publications with “circus” in the title.

Alternatively, you can leave Title blank and search the database using the other fields. For example, simply selecting “community dance” in Category will return information on all dance groups on the database.

The keyword field will also search publications according to their major themes. For example, entering "reconciliation" wil return publications that explore the subject of reconciliation.
