A seminar organised by the Community Arts Forum exploring the future of direction of Orangefest as it deals with a change in focus from a commemorative to a festival event.

Billy Mawhinney from Orangefest and Stephen Matier from Different Drums of Ireland join Heather Floyd from CAF in a panel discussion chaired by Ruth Moore to consider the potential evoluation of traditional July parades in Northern Ireland.
