Organised in partnership with the Beat Initiative and Féile an Phobail the seminar explored a range of Belfast city centre parades including Belfast Pride, the Belfast City Carnival, the St. Patrick's Day parade, and Orangefest (12th July) and considers how they've developed over the past five years and the issues they face. The seminar was held in NvTv on 8 August 2008.

The event was chaired by Belfast Lord Mayor Tom Hartley and speakers included:
