Closing date:07/07/2010 PEACE III Shared Cultural Space funding - Belfast City Council As part of the Belfast Peace and Reconciliation Action Plan, funded under Priority 1.1 of the PEACE III programme, organisations with plans to deliver significant interfaith and intercultural initiatives which encourage greater tolerance and understanding of different identities in Belfast, particularly among young people, can apply to us for funding.
All projects must be completed by 30 June 2011, and applications should show how they will:
-Reinforce progress towards a peaceful society
-Promote reconciliation
-Act as a catalyst for reducing sectarianism and racism.
The maximum funding available per organisation is £40,000. Only one application is allowed per group. Project activity must be complete before the end of June 2011.

The closing date for applications is 12pm on Wednesday 7 July 2010.
